Key Responsibilities

The Fractional Compliance Manager will provide compliance expertise and solutions to ensure the fund manager operates within all applicable regulatory frameworks. This role involves reviewing, updating, and strengthening compliance policies and procedures with a focus on regulatory adherence, meaningful risk mitigation, and best practices in fund management.


Review and update existing compliance policies and procedures for the licensed fund manager to align with current regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Perform risk assessments to identify compliance vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies. Review and enhance the compliance monitoring programme.

Qualifications and Experience

Working experience in compliance roles within a Singapore licensed fund management company. Well-versed with Singapore regulatory frameworks, including CMS licence requirements, Guidelines on Licensing and Conduct of Business for Fund Management Companies and AML/CFT regulations. Experience with regulations in Luxembourg and other jurisdictions is a plus.
