About the Hiring CompanyA renowned retail company with strong reputation and presence in the region is actively looking to recruit an experienced Franchise Manager to join their team in Singapore. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible to oversee and manage the franchises operations for the group in the South-East Asia region.Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance franchise performance across the region.
- Leading and motivating franchise teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor financial performance and implement improvements to achieve business goals
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in apparel/fashion, with a proven track record of managing a brand end-to-end or franchises operations in various geographical regions
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to commercial activities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to motivate teams
