Job Responsibilities

• Receive faults reports from the end users via phone or emails.
• Generate corrective Maintenance work order (CMWO) and assigned to the relevant staff via the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for rectification.
• Receives feedback from maintenance staff regarding fault status and feedback to users also update of events / information /log-in data in the FRC Occurrence book.
• Reassign work order to other maintenance staff where necessary.
• Generate and update Preventive Maintenance work order (PMWO) for distribution to the various discipline concerned via CMMS.
• Operates, control and monitor M&E equipment via the Building Management System (BMS). Alert the teams on any alarm, breakdown and faults.
• Escalate and inform FME Manager / Engineer/ Supervisors of major breakdown.
• To generate CMMS report, prepare and submit incident report.
• Perform recall exercise
• Assist in emergency operations, such as fire drills and evaluations exercise.
• Activating personnel involve in emergency response plan (ERP)
• Control and issuing of items such as keys, security pass & walkie talkie
• Monitor and inform the Specialist Contractor of faults on the following system:

• Pneumatic tube transportation system

• Fire Alarm System

• MATV System

• Public Address System

• Fire Protection System

• Fire intercom system

• Lift intercom system and lift supervisory panel

• Quantum Building Management System (BMS)

• Quantum Computerize Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

• Nurse call system

• Power management system

• Automatic guided vehicle system

• Medical gas system.

• Minimum Nitec/NTC2/NTC3 in engineering (electronic, electrical or mechanical) with minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
• Willing to work in a shift works (12 hours, 8.30am to 8.30pm , 8.30pm to 8.30am)
• Open to work in a healthcare environment
