Generate corrective Maintenance work order (CMWO) and assigned to the relevant staff via the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for rectification. Generate and update Preventive Maintenance work order (PMWO) for distribution to the various discipline concerned via CMMS. Receives feedback from maintenance staff regarding fault status and feedback to users also update of events / information /log-in data in the FRC Occurrence book. Operates, control and monitor M&E equipment via the Building Management System (BMS), alert the teams on any alarm, breakdown, and faults. Escalate and inform FME Manager / Engineer/ Supervisors of major breakdown. To generate CMMS report, prepare and submit incident report. Activating personnel involve in emergency response plan (ERP) Control and issuing of items such as keys, security pass & walkie talkie Monitor and inform the Specialist Contractor of faults on the following system: 1. Pneumatic tube transportation system 2. Fire Alarm System 3. MATV System 4. Public Address System 5. Fire Protection System 6. Fire intercom system 7. Lift intercom system and lift supervisory panel 8. Quantum Building Management System (BMS) 9. Quantum Computerize Maintenance Management System (CMMS) 10. Nurse call system 11. Power management system 12. Automatic guided vehicle system 13. Medical gas system. Job Requirements Minimum Nitec/NTC2/NTC3 in engineering (electronic, electrical or mechanical) with minimum 2 years relevant working experience. Able to work on 3 rotating shifts - AM -8am to 3.30pm / PM - 3.15pm to 10.30pm / Night - 10.15pm to 8.30am/ 1 day off and 1 rest day. Willing to work in a hospital environment.
