Responsibilities

  • Perform receptionist duties
  • Answering all incoming and transferring calls
  • Attend to all incoming, and outgoing mail and courier documents
  • Order supplies for pantry and stationeries
  • Manage office administration duties such as managing residential properties, company vehicles, and other ad hoc.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A good team player and able to work independently
