Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication (including calls, and social media platforms)
- Manage and update outlet appointments.
- Monitor and manage retail stocks and salon-use stock inventory.
- Always maintain safety standards and cleanliness of the salon.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Service-oriented and positive attitude
- Experience in Hair Scalp/ Hair Restoration will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Monthly Regular Day Off -6 days
- Comfortable in retail operational hours which includes weekends and public holidays.
