Job Description

Serving Singapore since 1995, Prohealth Physio Focus (https://physiofocus.com.sg ) is an established physiotherapy clinic and part of the Prohealth Asia network with centres in Hong Kong, New Delhi & Manila. We are looking for a well-organised and self-motivated candidate to join our team. Main Responsibilities:

• Customer service including welcoming patients
• Handle patient inquiries (phone, email, walk-in etc.)
• Book appointments, process payments and issue invoices
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the clinic\xe2\x80\x99s reception and other related areas
• Ensure continuous operation of the clinic, compliance with Covid procedures and stock-taking
• Respond to, resolve and/or escalate issues as required (claims, schedule conflicts, last minute cancelations)
• Acquire strong working knowledge of the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s services and staff members
• Work closely together with colleagues to ensure the best experience for patients at all times
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills, organised, self-driven, professional and responsible
• Excellent communication skills, well versed in written and spoken English
• Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar capacity
• Good computer skills with knowledge using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work 5.5 days per week
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multi-task
