Job Description

Job Summary:

To prepare and serve drinks, and serve dishes as prepared by the Kitchen. To serve the floor according to the standard and quality as set out by the Restaurant Management, and assist the Management in everyday front-of-house duties.

Job Responsibilities:

• to greet and attend to customers, to arrange reservations seatings
• take customers' orders and operate Point-of-Sales system
• aware and knowledgeable regarding menu items, methods of production and presentation standards so you can confidently explain to customers the menu and answer any questions
• to carry out duties assigned by the Manager to meet the standards as determined by the Restaurant Team
• assist the Management in ensuring the bar and front-of-house runs smoothly with daily tasks, and carry out tasks as delegated by the Management
• report inventory to the Manager and control stock. ensure proper storage of bar stock, and are within expiry dates, and ensure good quality of all ingredients and foods in inventory
• use properly and keep clean all equipment used, and report any issues
• works well with other team members and departments in ensuring smooth restaurant operations
• be active in engaging with customers, and providing improvements/feedback to current dishes
• always maintain good personal hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant as well as out, following strict health and hygiene standards
• can carry out any other duties as required

• Must have passion and experience in the F&B industry
• Healthy and able to stand for long hours
• Able to work with team members
