Job Description
customers as we are looking for energetic Front of House staff who can interact well with guests and delight in bringing unique and joyful experiences to our consumers.Full time / PermanentWorking days & hours: Only 5.5 work week / Wednesday to Monday (Closed on Monday half day & Tuesday full day) 11.00am to 2.30pm & 5.00pm to 9.30pm
- Receiving and confirming walk-in customers
- Clearly and politely communicate with guests
- Ensure consistent level of satisfaction for all customers in a fast-paced environment
- Ushering diners to their tables and providing them with menus
- Provide answers to queries presented by clients regarding services and offers made available by the restaurant.
- Clean all tables after clients have left and get such tables prepared for the next set of clients.
- Maintain quality, service & cleanliness at all times according to restaurant' standards.
- Following to all food safety and quality regulationsRequirements
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills
- Have a great personality and positive attitude.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Warm & cheerful personality.
