Ensure establishment is clean and comply with established sanitation standards, hygiene, and health standards at all times
Ability to multi‐task in a noisy and fast‐paced, distraction‐filled environment.
Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or significant matters, take corrective action when necessary

Keep abreast of policies and procedures and current developments of laws and restrictions applicable to the service of alcohol, safe food handling, health standards etc.
Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
Dress per requirements, looking neat, clean and professional, at all times

Ensure all financial transactions are accurate, calculate and return appropriate change
