3. : Front of House at Pig N Whistle British Bar outlet 3.1. Duties:

To prepare the Front of House and ensure all areas are hygienically clean and ready for consumption of foods and beverages. To ensure all items are available for purchase and to ensure all financial aspects are correct.

To ensure the front of house is maintained hygienically at all times. Other duties to be advised from time to time.

3.2. Responsibilities:

To open and close the outlet daily (with exception to day off per working week).
To manage the outlet in accordance with the management directives, and to ensure the outlet runs smoothly at all times.
To ensure the floors, toilet and bar are always cleaned daily at the start of every shift and to maintain the outlet hygienically at all times
To ensure that ALL customers are attended to in a timely manner
To up-sell the outlet products by discussing outlet food and beverage products with clients
To monitor and report inventory daily and reported to the management,
To ensure there is no stealing, product given away free of charge and no items deducted from the POS for any customer, employee, shareholder, without approval from your supervisor, at all times.
Any items missing from inventory to be paid or accounted for, I.e. broken etc
When kitchen is busy, to assist (where possible) to get foods out in a timely manner.
Other duties to be advised from time to time
