Location: Toa Payoh / Thomson Working days: 5.5 days work week (including weekends) Working hours: Depending on schedule. Max of 44 hours per week (according to MOM guidelines). Off days will be on weekdays. OT: OT generally not required Annual Leave & Medical Leave: According to MOM guidelines.
Job Requirement
Preferably with some customer service/administrative experience
Customer-centric and possesses good work ethics, positive attitude, and a growth mindset
Demonstrates a high sense of responsibility and professionalism
Able to communicate effectively with others
Able to establish good rapport and work well with students, parents, and colleagues
Comfortable with the use of IT to support business processes:
Use of word processing, spreadsheets and powerpoint
Use of online management system to manage business processes
Use of photography and social media (e.g. Instagram, facebook, TIktok, telegram etc.) to curate simple messages
and Scope
To provide high quality front of house services, a welcoming and friendly reception and respond to queries with a good understanding of school programmes and activities across centres, attending to customers and addressing enquiries via face to face, phone calls and messaging
To provide good administrative support (e.g. invoicing and payment, contacting parents, managing student arrival/dismissal/attendance, general housekeeping, opening/closing of studio etc.) to staff, students, parents and stakeholders
To assist in social media marketing content when needed
To assist with the organising of company-related activities and events
Any other responsibilities and duties assigned
