We are a newly opened cafe - pomme which runs as a cafe in the morning till noon and as a restaurant evening till night! We are a group of young passionate chefs who are working towards our dreams and goals in opening a cafe/restaurant where we can share our passion in creating food and pastries. We also aim for our shop to be a place where people can enjoy our creations. We all know that the F&B industry is pretty tough, so we hope to look for individuals that share the same aspirations - to create a caring culture as a team and to set up a warm atmosphere for our customers to enjoy and eat!

What we are looking for:

• Dedicated, motivated and passionate individual.
• Team player, quick learner.
• Able to take initiative depending on situation.
• Able to work at a fast pace during peak hours.

Job Requirements:

• Basic cooking skills & knowledge.
• Basic planning & management skills.
• Possess food hygiene and safety certification.

Job scopes:

• Mise en place for daily operations:
• Cooking stocks
• Cutting, chopping, slicing
• Prepping side dishes
• Other ad hoc duties
• Ala minute cooking - when trained.
• Plating and dishing out food.
• Assisting chef in kitchen.
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen at all times.

Other job scopes:

• Taking note of low stocks in inventory.
• Assisting in ordering and receiving goods.

Schedule:

• 5 days work week
• 12hrs split shift

Salary:

• $1.9-$2.3
