We are a newly opened cafe - pomme which runs as a cafe in the morning till noon and as a restaurant evening till night! We are a group of young passionate chefs who are working towards our dreams and goals in opening a cafe/restaurant where we can share our passion in creating food and pastries. We also aim for our shop to be a place where people can enjoy our creations. We all know that the F&B industry is pretty tough, so we hope to look for individuals that share the same aspirations - to create a caring culture as a team and to set up a warm atmosphere for our customers to enjoy and eat!
What we are looking for:
Dedicated, motivated and passionate individual. Team player, quick learner. Able to take initiative depending on situation. Able to work at a fast pace during peak hours.
Job Requirements:
Basic cooking skills & knowledge. Basic planning & management skills. Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
Job scopes:
Mise en place for daily operations: Cooking stocks Cutting, chopping, slicing Prepping side dishes Other ad hoc duties Ala minute cooking - when trained. Plating and dishing out food. Assisting chef in kitchen. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen at all times.
Other job scopes:
Taking note of low stocks in inventory. Assisting in ordering and receiving goods.

Schedule:
5 days work week 12hrs split shift
Salary:
$1.9-$2.3 OT pay when needed
