Salary: $2,000-2,200/m & more - 44 hours work per week, 5 days per week including weekends & PH
- Operating hours from 10am to 10pm

- Sushi Making: Prepare sushi, cut & remove fish skin
- Maki Making: Prepare maki, slice prawn and cucumber
- Food preparation / Standby Station: Food cutting and prepare chawanmushi, miso soup and rice etc.
- Setter Station: Final check of food orders
- Other duties: Any ad-hoc duties as required by the chef such as housekeeping [ Benefits ]
