• Company: Global IT Conglomerate Organization (offering various solutions/ products in the field of electronics/ electrical products (photography, documentation, printing & medical related, etc.)
• Working Arrangement: Monday - Friday (Office Hours)
• Location: Near Pasir Panjang MRT (about 10 mins walk/ bus ride)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitating for the collaboration among the multiple project managers, stakeholders & vendors to ensure that projects will be completing within timelines & budgets set.
• Collaborating with the other project managers in defining/ re-defining, prioritizing, and developing project tasks for better efficiency
• Overseeing the project development statuses & sharing it with the key stakeholders during internal meetings/ presentations, as well as documentations/ reports
• Evaluating projects continuously, and ensuring that all project members are carrying out the projects efficiently
• Facilitating end-user trainings & UAT sessions [+ developing materials/ documentations]
• Drafting & developing project related documentations/ reports (including financial data/ budgets/ resource allocations, etc.) accurately
• Other project related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Required to have minimum 8 years of Project Management experiences with Large-Scale Implementation Projects [regional OR global projects]: ERP AND Dynamics 365
• Familiar with managing (internal) Stakeholders (of all levels) & (external) Vendors
• Possess excellent project management, vendor management, stakeholder management: with presentation & negotiation skills, multi-tasking, problem-solving abilities, and meticulousness
• Experienced in coordinating & facilitating end-user trainings, UAT sessions & material preparations
