• Position : Fund Management Analyst (Real Estate / Property) * Location : Raffles Place * Working hours : 5 Days Work Week " Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM * Salary (commensurate wit Position : Fund Management Analyst (Real Estate / Property) Location : Raffles Place Working hours : 5 Days Work Week ' Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $10,000 + 20 Days AL + Performance Bonus Duration : Perm Industry : Real Estate Investment Manager Responsibilities: Financial Modelling Understanding and application of basic finance and accounting Asset level financial modelling across risk spectrum (core to opportunistic) Fund level financial modelling to accommodate different strategies and structures IRR & TWR analyses Ability to run financial analyses and sensitives for purposes of assessing investments and assist in fund/portfolio level decision making Ability to extract relevant data for presentation purposes Investment Memo/Papers Support the funds management team in the preparation of all investment memos and approval papers Investor reporting and presentations Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to investors Preparation of presentation material for investors, vendors, tenants and others Assist in market research in terms of drafting research papers and extracting relevant data points Any other ad-hoc duties to support the firm when required Requirements: Minimum Degree qualifications in Real Estate / Business / Economics / Fiance Minimum 2-3 years of professional working experience in real estate investments, valuation or fund management, and broad general knowledge of APAC real estate market Strong financial modelling and analytical skills and solid foundation in accounting. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can converse in Mandarin only.
