You will be leading and participating in strategic projects to gain first-hand exposure in the running of the company and play an essential part in the company’s present and future.

WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO:

• Be the MASTER of full fund operations workflow. Work with the team to achieve smooth and effective operations of daily trade dealing, settlement, reconciliations, NAV checks and daily reporting requirements;
• Optimize existing processes and workflows to reduce deskbound hours and join us to be the advocator of working SMART;
• Facilitate investors with a smooth and pleasant investment journey. Establish a STRONG client relationship through onboarding, ongoing engagement and personalized servicing standards;
• Contribute to robust and effective COMPLIANCE controls within the company and support the team with regular compliance review / examination / testing / reporting;
• Actively promote process re-engineering to streamline or improve existing processes. Enhance operational STANDARDS of the company;
• Responsible for corporate functions such as finance and recruitment support
• Assist on AUDIT and TAX matters for the company and funds
• Assist in adhoc projects and other initiatives

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• The right applicant is someone who is naturally CURIOUS about different facets of the world. Curious about different ideas. Curious about how things work and always want to make things better.
• Passionate in what you do, able to put different resources together to produce RESULTS.
• COMMITTED with a resilient learning mindset.
• METICULOUS, responsible with a positive work attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively. Able to PRESENT and PERSUADE prospects and internal members through a carefully constructed argument.
• And above all, must be a hard worker … willing to work extra hours not because they have to, but because they've lost track of time.

WHAT MAKES YOU STANDOUT

• Ability to automate/optimize processes with programming and coding knowledge
• Experience with Bloomberg AIM, Linedata, or any Order Management System will be an added advantage
