Job Description

A prestigious US law firm is now seeking a Funds Solicitor to join its growing team in Singapore.

Your role will be involved in a broad spectrum of complex banking and finance related matters across multiple jurisdictions with a focus on funds. Unrivalled exposure to top quality clients including leading financial institutions, funds, corporates and banks will also be presented if this is of interest to you.

Ideally your experience should include:

- Qualified lawyer practicing in Singapore or other common law jurisdictions
- Solid experience in banking and fund finance work
- Meticulous with first-rate legal drafting skills
- Strong leadership skills with ability to build positive relationship with all stakeholders
