About Future Talent Programme

Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in July 2023. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 24 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.

As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The plan includes a combination of project-rotations, international assignments, work within your own department as well as formal training and mentorship from a network of colleagues all over the world. The program will give you broad insight into our company, our culture and our values. After completing this program, you will have gained knowledge, built relationships, and had experiences to help you continue your exciting career within our company

You will be engaged to various parts of HR organization including country specific knowledge and partnering with the business. This includes process and project participation at various parts of the employee lifecycle from recruitment, development, performance management, rewards and service management at world class service level.

The position will report into Manager, People Data & Service Management, based in Singapore.

What you will do

As our Future Talent Programme - HR Associate you will learn about

Experience a tiered-based HR service delivery model by delivering a wide spectrum of services to internal clients at a regional level. This will include providing front-end HR general advices, acquiring and onboarding talents to fulfil hiring needs, developing talents for their learning needs, rewarding competitively etc.

Perform in a process oriented organisation with high service level commitment and compliant approach

Develop a strong customer service mindset through cross-border collaboration, regionally and globally

Work with integrated HR systems and understand the importance of data integrity and analytics

Build knowledge management with documentation and the use of collaborative tools

Sustain quality and continuously drive improvements to achieve process excellence

Partner with suppliers (recruitment agencies, training vendors) to deliver the agreed scope of work and within the Tetra Pak supplier management and finance process

Participate in assigned projects to achieve successful implementation within a proven project methodology framework

We believe you have

Recently graduate in Human Resources/Business Administration with local/international internship in the HR Function will be an added advantage.

You have a solid, professional personality and the ability to build and use networks.

You are a problem solver with a strong personal drive.

You have strong analytical mind-set

You are a true finisher and have the ability to work independently

You are a team player with outstanding communication skills.

Experience from studies or work abroad is considered as an advantage.

You are fluent in English, both written and verbal
