Key responsibilities:

• Sales role to drive revenue from CMC Connect’s FX products &associated technology

• Discuss & present trading solutions, including API connectivity, White Label etc.

• Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to facilitate relationship distribution across established & developing technology channels including ECNs & bridge networks.

• Develop all sales opportunities, offering a range of potential products to clients including, margin foreign exchange, CFD instruments, & other derivative asset classes.

• Contribute to Connect (FX) product strategy, planning, development, marketing initiatives & delivery pipeline where appropriate.

• Negotiate & prepare commercial terms/ partner agreements, liaising with legal, BI

• Collate & review target client’s documentation for Legal/Compliance assessment & sign-off

• Work with Sales Trading team to request/analyse client feedback & ensure relationships are running as anticipated.

• Suggest improvements to departmental process and procedure

• Provide regular reporting (call reports, contact reports, business opportunities etc)

• Ensure a positive approach to challenge and & provide open & honest feedback

• Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality

• Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.

• Business Development/Relationship Management experience.

• Financial markets experience; knowledge of foreign exchange, CFDs, with additional knowledge of shares and shares dealing being an advantage

• Able to work confidently to performance targets

• Confident verbal & written communicator in both English & relevant regional language, with ability to liaise effectively at all levels

• Self-motivated & driven; able to act on own initiative

• Strong team player; able to assist, support & develop colleagues

• Professional approach & presentable appearance at all times

• Experience in similar role with other CFD/FX broker or liquidity provider

• Analytical abilities to collate and report relevant facts and figures

• Knowledge of, and a strong network in, specific industry segment and region

• Knowledge of automated trading solutions and API connectivity
