We are seeking a game customer service specialist based in Singapore to support our global user communities.
Job responsibilities:
Provide customer service support and technical or game issue resolution via email, chat and other online social media platforms. (Google play, Apple store,Steam community and comments,Facebook main page,Discord ,Twitter(X),Youtube,Email etc )
Identify player's needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Ensuring customer's queries are answered with the aim of a first-time resolution and ensuring that all responses are provided with excellent attention to detail, care and professionalism.
Working with game operation team closely and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a diploma or above in any field.
Fluency in verbal and written communication skills in English ,Chinese. And using google translating tool to help our customers in other languages.
Possess customer-focused mindset , love to play our games and well know the game content.
At least one year customer service or relevant work experience.
* Proficient in internet, main social media, foxmail, Word and Excel.
