Game Operations Executive

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily game operations, optimizing player engagement, and ensuring a seamless gaming experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance features, analyze performance, and grow our player community.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily game operations, including event planning, launch execution, and player maintenance. Track and analyze in-game data to identify opportunities for improvement and support effective implementation. Collaborate with product, technical, and customer support teams to enhance features and overall user experience. Monitor, manage, and respond to player feedback to foster a positive and engaged community. Conduct market research, including competitor analysis and operational content strategy, to stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

Prior experience in game operations, community management, or content planning is an advantage. Passion for the gaming industry, with strong knowledge of casual/social mobile game trends and player behavior. Excellent communication skills, data-driven mindset, and strong execution ability. Proficient in Microsoft Office; data analysis skills are a plus. Responsible, collaborative, and able to perform under pressure. Experience in global mobile game markets is preferred. Familiarity with social media operations and user growth strategies is a bonus.
