Your role

We\'re looking for an Integration Program Manager to:

  • lead selected APAC integration projects in collaboration with GCRG APAC SMEs
  • contribute to selected projects as part of the GCRG APAC Integration program, including activities related to GCRG APAC\'s readiness for key legal entity merger and migration events
  • support the GCRG APAC management team in all integration-related items
  • coordinate with GCRG functions and locations to ensure coherent and consistent execution of agreed integration plans and meeting of milestones
  • challenge timelines, operating models, execution methods, content across the GCRG APAC integration program, as appropriate
  • provide content input and constructive ideas on means and methods to integrate and execute
  • monitor overall progress, identify operational and execution risks and issues, and oversee; provide input and suggestions to the development of mitigation content and plans

Your team

We are currently seeking a candidate who will be working as part of the central CORC APAC team within the GCRG function. The team is involved in a wide range of activities, such as Chief of Staff, regulatory compliance, key project managements etc. We work closely with all GCRG teams as well as other logistics/control functions.

Your expertise
  • at least 7 years of experience with a focus on consulting, compliance change or project management in the financial services industry
  • strong analytical background, attention to detail along with structured organization and planning skills
  • excellent stakeholder management, skilled at managing relationships with the ability to negotiate and influence at senior levels
  • ability to adapt and network across a global organization to work well with the team
  • experienced communicator able to present and position topics internal and external stakeholders
  • ability to grasp new concepts quickly and manage both senior and junior stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver results within tight timelines
  • experience in project teams, project management for large scale programs in the banking industry
  • ability to work under pressure and manage to deliver against tight timelines
  • a highly motivated and collegiate team player; honest, reliable and take a positive approach with a consistent demonstration of integrity, active collaboration and constructive challenge
