Global Compliance and Reporting is an integrated suite of Tax and Accounting services that EY provides to our multinational clients. GCR offers the ease of managing compliance & regulatory filings by:

• Taking care of the complexity of regulatory affairs across multiple jurisdictions
• Centrally managing the global compliance and reporting activities
• Controlling the cost of managing compliance across various countries

The Opportunity Each client is referred to as an engagement and the GCS team is responsible for ensuring the delivery as per the service level agreements. Globally, tax and accounts preparation activities are conducted mostly in the local countries and hence requires a wide network of EY professionals to work together to deliver to the client expectations. A central team (GCS) works with this global network of EY professionals to ensure client’s compliance and reporting obligations across the globe are met on time. The GCS team project manages the engagement and together with the client facing teams in Americas, EMEIA and APAC forms the service management office for the client.
Your key responsibilities
In this role, you will assist with the following day-to-day activities:

• Assist in the preparation of a response to client Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements by supporting in the scoping and pricing process
• Provide pricing packages with your analyses to EMEIA and APAC stakeholders.
• Actively establish, maintain and strengthen relationships within the EY network to help ensure that the services EY teams provide to the clients are timely and of the highest standards.
• Working to optimize or improve pricing workflows within the company
• Maintain the Book of Business database for EMEIA and APAC region and report the status on real-time basis.
• Maintain the Proposal database to track the proposal outcomes and benchmarking purposes.
• Assist the team in testing and updating the Pricing tools, SharePoint etc.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experience of working on Power Bi; SharePoint and financial/MIS reporting preferred
• Exceptional written and oral presentation skills to engage with internal pricing stakeholders at all levels of the company
• Proactive approach to work and the ability to anticipate the needs of the business and deliver accordingly
• Experience with managing proposals; projects and any ad-hoc request.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Pricing is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce – revenue cost margin
• Analytical and detail oriented. You are a natural working with data, and you have experience working with formulas and macros/Excel Skills 8-9 self rating
• Good team player
