Responsibilities:

• The candidate will play a pivotal role in one of DBS Bank\'s most ambitious and exciting transformation endeavours by leveraging Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) to envision innovative paradigms across multiple business domains and strategically positioning the bank for the future.
• Driving the strategy of assigned GenAI pillars and manage overall program and validate progress from each pillar\xe2\x80\x99s roadmap.
• Leverage Gen AI expertise from other team\xe2\x80\x99s to support use case acceleration and to ensure alignment and support.
• Facilitating use case delivery from discovery process (identifying opportunities and value size), to POC, go live and scaling to realise maximum value.
• Developing and scaling the use of enterprise resources including playbook, process reengineering best practices etc.
• Provide regular updates on programme progress and achievements to key decision-makers

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent work experience with at least 5 - 8 years of work experience across broad domains preferably in financial services / technological / data science domains
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex programmes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, set a strategic vision, and make high-stakes
• Proficiency in formulating and implementing long-term strategies to achieve the bank\'s goals and objectives.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire diverse audiences.
• Capable of fastering a culture of change readiness and championing the adoption of new processes or behaviours.
• Experience in crafting compelling change narratives, develop clear and concise messaging, and effectively communicate the vision, benefits, and impacts of change initiatives is a plus.
