Support daily operations and project coordination.
Help with scheduling, logistics, and resource planning.
Handle basic procurement and inventory tasks.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
Manage documents, filling, and perform accurate data entry.
Carry out ad hoc admin duties as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' Level; Diploma preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
Good communication skills.
Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
