• Combine the candidate's previous years of marketing experience and customer resources in China market to expand the resources support for the Singapore Head Office.
• Lead the marketing team to develop marketing, product line, and customer penetration strategies to achieve the company's market entry objectives in China.
• Drive the marketing activities of Singapore's Head Office, develop regional sales target and sales plan for China market, achieve sales target, maintain and develop customers.

• Explore best practices in communications and use insights to deliver new and existing communication channels for the development of effective communication with Chinese vendors and customers.
• Coordinate business activity and content on selected platforms.
• Develop internal communications methods to engage stakeholders within the business, by delivering up-to-date sales and marketing information and sharing best practices.
• Increase the profile of the company's expertise in its chosen industries by developing and implementing effective publicist and PR campaigns, serving as the point of contact for external PR/media contacts.
• Supervise direct reports, coordinate work assignments, and enhance the professional development of team members.

• College Diploma or degree in Marketing or related field.
• More than 10 years of relevant working experience in China.
• At least 5 years entrepreneurial management experience
• Coordination and operation experience with relevant Chinese government departments is a must.
• People who can travel and work in China for a certain period are preferred.
