Role summary Strategic partner with our Sales Department in their market expansion and roadmaps of our products and brand name via marketing, sales, and channels distribution system, the incumbent will be the technical support specialists to handle customer concerns and inquiries related to technical aspects of products and services. Triage, troubleshoot (root cause analysis) and coordinate with cross functional groups (include but not limited to Head Office and subsidiaries) for resolution. Drive and facilitate the trainings to sales personnel on new product development / feature launches. A. THE JOB
