Job Description

Role summary Strategic partner with our Sales Department in their market expansion and roadmaps of our products and brand name via marketing, sales, and channels distribution system, the incumbent will be the technical support specialists to handle customer concerns and inquiries related to technical aspects of products and services. Triage, troubleshoot (root cause analysis) and coordinate with cross functional groups (include but not limited to Head Office and subsidiaries) for resolution. Drive and facilitate the trainings to sales personnel on new product development / feature launches. A. THE JOB

• Manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s strategic business and operational directions of timeliness customer service, quality products and technical support in Singapore and the ASEAN subsidiaries.

• Meticulous for details, with the drive to solve complex problems through analytics and structured root cause problem-solving.

• Establish and maintains competent communication and operative collaboration with customers and business partners effectively and efficiently.

• Liaise with Head Office and/or ASEAN subsidiaries on arising Quality and Design matters.

B. PREREQUISITE

• At least Degree in Chemical Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related engineering field

• To communicate with our Japanese business partner, it is a MUST to speak and write the Japanese Language fluently.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the electronics industry with 5 years of Senior Management acumen role in the Japanese operation environment.

• Regional business environment experiences would be an added advantage.

C. PERSONALITY

• A dynamic individual with an aptitude in design solution for next generation products.

• A delivery-focused disposition to recognize new and emerging business opportunities for optimal market share.

• Good communication and negotiation skills to establish strong foothold and a flair to solve problem expeditiously.
