Job Qualifications:

Graduate of Business, Sales Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or any related course. Master's Degree and Post-graduate certification is an advantage but not required.
With 20 to 25-year experience in business operation and people management.
With 10 years in the Management position with strong track record on progressive business management, people building and process integration.
at least 5 years as General Manager.
Must came from FMCG, Distribution (wholesale-retail) industry.
Delivers work with high integrity.
Highly analytical and can make decision based on gathered information.
A role model with high respect to people, good communicator, and a team player
