Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee restaurant\'s daily operation
- Track, monitor, and analyze restaurant\'s sales, labor, and food cost
- P&L management
- Weekly schedule planning and forecasting
- Hire and train staffs on restaurant\'s operation, ensure they deliver top notch service to customers
- Responsible to set KPI for staffs and review from time to time
- Maintain safety requirements in the restaurants
- Handle and resolve any complaints or issue arise professionally
- Support other business duties assigned by the management
- Diploma/Degree in Food and Beverage Management, Culinary Arts, and any relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Fine Dining restaurants
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Independent, a team player, responsible
- Operation and result oriented
- Location: Central
- 5 days work week, Restaurant operating hours
- Salary up to $8000 (depends on experience) + Meal allowance + Bonus
