We are seeking an experienced General Manager to spearhead its growth and expansion plans in Singapore and Malaysia.We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic General Manager to lead the team in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and expanding its presence in Singapore and Malaysia. - Strategic Planning and Business Growth:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue growth and expansion targets in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Operational Management:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of designers, project managers, and contractors.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Leadership and Talent Development:
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Client Relationship Management:

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in interior design, construction, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of business growth, leadership, and team management.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore and Malaysia markets.
