Connect Energy partners with an oil & gas EPC company to look for this role to join their Singapore team to grow and expand the businesses to the next level. Responsibilities

• \xef\xbb\xbfTo lead and control activities of a business unit to achieve financial objectives as set by the overall business plan.
• Participate in business development, projects and partnership within the business unit
• Provide direction and manage the engineering team of the organization with the help of other managers to ensure standard, quality, safety and cost are managed and observed so that project can achieve within the scheduled timeline.
• To plan engineering methods, policies and procedures
• Liaise with quality control staff to set quality standards for efficient functioning of plant and equipment
• To encourage inter-discipline the value of collaboration by organizing meetings to exchange ideas and techniques that will help to enhance the work within the organization
• To be the to-go-to person and guide the engineering team relating to design engineering responsibilities to ensure the company achieves business objectives and comply to regulations and laws
• To participate in procurement in purchasing materials that that meeting quality standards
• To facilitate commercial, financial and technical information among the team members to ensure consistency in strategies and proposal as a whole
• Analyse project technical specification that meet the customers and company\'s needs
• With the help of HSE team, to improve and implement HSE objectives, policies to prevent risk and hazards in projects and proactively creating safe environment for everyone

• 
  \xef\xbb\xbfDegree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• 10 - 15 years experience working for EPC company especially in onshore refinery / petrochemical etc projects preferred.
• Familiar with Jurong Island working environment will be an advantage
• Willing to work in western part of Singapore
