Our client is a renowned global real estate company that specializes in offering flexible office spaces. They are currently on the lookout for an exceptionally driven and seasoned leader to join their dynamic business.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall business strategy in alignment with the company\'s goals and objectives
• Lead and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence
• Drive business growth through effective marketing and sales strategies, ensuring high occupancy rates and member satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and member feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies
• Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Provide regular reports to the executive team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably within the co-working or real estate industry
• Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic mindset with a strong business acumen
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field (MBA preferred)
