Work Timing: 5 Days work week [ 8.30am - 6pm ]
Location: Walking distance from UBI MRTJob Responsibilities:1. Planning and Strategy:

- Implementing policies and procedures to guide team operations.6. Performance Management:
- Setting performance metrics and targets.
- Monitoring and assessing the team\'s performance.
- Implementing improvement plans when necessary.7. Customer Relations:
- Managing relationships with clients or customers.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any complaints or issues.
- Seeking opportunities to enhance customer experience.8. Continuous Improvement:
- Encouraging innovation and process improvements.
- Keeping up with industry trends and developments.
- Implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements
- Relevant experience as similar executive role
- Experience in planning and budgeting
