Responsibilities

Reporting to President Strides Holdings, the General Manager, Strides Digital and Head, Product Development is responsible to lead and oversee the business activities of Strides Digital, as well as lead the product development efforts for the business unit.

Business Planning

• Set a vision/strategy/focus for Strides Digital and align with Strides Green Tech Group overall business direction
• Work with the Product Planning and Pricing team to set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
• Propose an overall budget to ensure success
• Deliver a monthly revenue forecast

Operations & Product Management

• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Deliver market requirements document and product requirements document with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Work with the Head of the Solutions to understand the clients\' and prospects\' business requirements and gaps
• Work with the Head of Platform and AI to identify enabling technologies
• Work with external third parties including technology partners and institute of higher learning to assess partnerships, collaboration, and co-innovation opportunities
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle activities and work with development teams, including outsourced partners to execute the product strategy

Go-to Market

• Manage the product marketing team to develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
• Be an expert with respect to the competition
• Engage authorities and/or relevant stakeholders to drive awareness and co-innovation
• Develop and drive sales and channels enablement

Product Support

• Develop the product support framework and team support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Own third level support escalations, triage, and prioritization process
• Manage support communications for critical product issues impacting support teams
• Support launch readiness for products/features and empower support and internal teams with documentation, training, and product knowledge
• Collect product feedback and insights to ensure that customer & industry needs/features are represented, quantified, and prioritized for the roadmap

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Executive experience with SaaS business models is strongly preferred
• Product lifecycle management experience
• 10+ years\' experience in executive leadership positions
• Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Working knowledge of raising capital

• Working knowledge of financials, financial modelling, business case development, data analysis and performance metrics
