Key responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be is responsible for the site(s) operation in terms of managing the throughput; value added services and storage of product in the physical warehouse. This includes all equipment, people, processes and the regulatory framework required to ensure all warehouse targets are met.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies and achieve sites operational KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
- Actively participate in the solution design and implementation of new business, account management, and develop operational customer relationships.
- Existing customer relationships development and supporting the operation team for organic grow opportunities
- Responsible for P & L of the entire operations.
- Coordinate internal standard handling processes and customer required processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide support and work with account executives/program managers to improve operational and performance metrics.
- Provide information, recommendations, and coordinate project implementation for transportation and logistics cost reduction opportunities and identify mode optimization opportunities developing business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions; planning projects; using specialist knowledge, such as mechanical-handling systems, and providing logistics consultancy services internally.
- Responsible for transportation analysis and savings/cost opportunity analysis and the implementation and management of cost analysis measures plan and monitor budgets.
- Ensure accurate forecasting of volume projections for warehousing and transportation requirements.
- Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements.
- Present forecasts, sales and technical requirements for specific programs.
- Create and maintain metrics to tract and analyze inventory.
- Perform capacity planning to ensure resources are adequate to meet customer demand.
Requirements:
- Min. Degree is Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related.
- Min. 8 years of experience in Logitics with Managarila role.
- Proficient in computer skills, e.g. MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), SAP, WMS.
