Job Description

As part of our expansion plan, we seek a qualified and dynamic candidate to join us as General Manager (Clinic Operations). Reporting to the Directors, the General Manager is responsible for the overall profitability (P&L) of the clinics. You will lead a dynamic team to develop and implement marketing strategies, drive customer acquisition, manage customer service, procure material and resources, ensure facilities and equipment serviceability, and uphold compliance standards.

Job responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the clinics and meet P&L targets
• Lead and manage a team of Patient Relations Executives, Dental Surgery Assistants, and Treatment Coordinators to achieve P&L targets and ensure smooth operations of all clinics.
• Drive revenue growth using creative marketing strategies and adopting a sharp focus on customer acquisition.
• Deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
• Ensure excellent support services for clinicians to maximize revenue generation.
• Foster a conducive working environment for team members to exchange ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.
• Improve workflows and operational efficiencies continuously.
• Handle any other related operational matters and new projects as assigned.

• University Degree in any discipline.
• At least 10 years of work experience of which at least 4 years must be in a managerial role with P&L responsibilities (such as general manager, department manager, or team leader).
• Experience in the service industry such as hospitality, education, wellness or healthcare sectors preferred.
• Possess a growth mindset and positive learning attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
