Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: Up to $3,850
• Annual Wage Supplement
• Annual Leave
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8am to 5.45pm
• Working Location: Greenwich Drive (company transport at AMK / Punggol / Tampines / Bedok / Sengkang / Tanah Merah / Pasir Ris / Jurong East)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead the program to achieve both company and program-specific objectives.
• Manage operating costs to ensure the profitability of the program.
• Motivate and lead staff to meet the objectives of both suppliers and customers.
• Identify training needs and schedule training sessions for warehouse administration staff.
• Ensure strict adherence to warehouse procedures and safety regulations.
• Ensure the Quality Policy and Objectives are understood, implemented, and complied with by all staff.
• Oversee the recruitment process for new staff.
• Administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Approve requisitions for packaging items and other warehouse supplies.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations
• Knowledge in operational dashboards (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) will be an added advantage
