Manage a team of professionals to support the business activities, comprising of business & strategy development, sales, project management, technical engineering, operations and resource management

Lead improvement projects, with cross-functional teams to continually improve the tools and molds quality and reliability;

Support total customer satisfaction and account management teams for operations alignment to customers.
Sustain key client existing relationships & drive the development to gain new major projects
Roll-out execution plans to achieve the company's strategic vision & goals.
Facilitate problem-solving and crisis management activities to help in complex high-level decision-making.

Manage the company's P&L, plant operations, customer service, HR, quality, engineering, tooling and supply chain functions.
Ensure continued commitment to continuous improvement, operational excellence, team development, safety, quality, customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
Reporting directly to the CEO

Requirement

Bachelor in mechanical/Electrical/ industrial engineering or relevant discipline.

Minimum 10 years operations experience in Medical / Precision Engineering / Plastics related industry.

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
