The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the Role:The scope of the role is covering General Procurement for Ferrero Asia Pacific Region, to guarantee purchase of goods, materials and services in accordance with defined guidelines to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery, and to ensure continuity of supply running the purchase order with a set supplier base, as well as ensure the management and improvement of supplier base.The role includes market monitoring, risk management, supplier relationship management, contract management and negotiations for the areas of responsibility, as well as developing new supplying sources or purchasing process fully compliant with latest GOS and Ferrero Group standard.Main Responsibilities:Provide key inputs in defining purchasing strategy for the referent Category, based on business needsPlay the key role in Category / Financial planning for Budget and drive alignment between proper budget management and purchasing business objectivesCollaborate with other departments in the definition of policies, quality criteria, legal, environmental, ethical to purchase goods / servicesEnsure timely information sharing to the other functions concerning contract framework agreementsEvaluate and qualify the existing and new suppliers as per Ferrero standards/requirements and participate in their accreditation in Responsible sourcing suppliersLead company\xe2\x80\x99s functional departments to scout and develop competent suppliers of high quality products/services for the assigned purchase and prepares proposals or other informational requestsLead vendor selection process to ensure the best solution on price/quality and delivery time, ensure proper periodic evaluations and/or benchmarkApply and implement purchasing policies, vendor management and developing policies, based on technical, organizational, economical and international financial knowledge, to reach the best possible results according to Group requirements in terms of timing and flexibilityDrive purchase orders management with the general Procurement team, look for Request for Proposals from vendors, proposing qualified and suitable alternativesAnalyze, align and evaluate offers received, in order to select the best available alternatives; monitor and ensure operative KPIs (service level, quality, etc.)Maintain, consolidate, and improve relationships with existing suppliers, to ensure continuity, manage criticalities and strengthen common objectivesManage the contracts in alignment with the Global Master Agreements, with application of qualitative and quantitative contracts standardsEngage on the regular meetings with GRC to identify areas for improvement or maintenance, ensure compliance to requirementProvide regular updates to relevant stakeholders, effectively manage high volumes considering 11 functional categories across functionsMonitor latest market situation on category in scope, ensure the industry intelligence and market data is collected prior to negotiationDrive strong collaboration within the Procurement team and provide effective management of the reportsWho we are looking for:University degree in Business Management, Finance or Supply Chain Management10+ years of relevant experience in procurement, FMCG experience is preferredStrong vendor management and qualification, relationship management skillsSolid negotiation skills and contract managementAbility to work in a matrix organization and across teams, with good stakeholder managementBudget management and control, strong analytical and costing analysis skillsHigh accuracy and attention to detail with a good time management and organizationStrong problem solving and collaboration skills, drive for result and continuous improvementEffective interpersonal skills to develop robust business relationships, adaptability and flexibilityAbility to multitask in a high-speed environment and communicate effectively, clearly and conciselyTeam management experienceFluency in English, written and spokenAdvanced MS Office and SAP knowledgeHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
