Le ou la responsable du programme fera partie de l' quipe du programme d'aide aux ventes relevant du programme d'aide aux ventes destin aux gestionnaires. Program Manager will be a member of the Sales Help Program Team reporting to the Manager Sales Help Program. Locations: Barcelona/Montreal/Denver/Singapore/Munich Responsibilities Develop and deploy, in collaboration with the extended team, the processes to support the Deal Desk activities relative to the Enterprise Business offerings, DRB Matrix and Exception Process and other related topics Document as required Playbooks and Topics in Wiki for Sales Engage with various stakeholders to proactively enable business processes required to support inclusion of new products including from Mergers and Acquisitions Identify and Communicate Systems requirements to maintain effective Deal Desk Business Processes and its evolution In collaboration with Business Owners, define the systems requirements to insure optimized efficiency Validate solutions and provide feedback as required to the Project team Collaborate with the SA&A and influence setting of priorities As a member of the Sales Help Program Team, the Program Manager will collaborate on various aspects of the strategic realization and the Sales Help organization objectives Identify training opportunities and make recommendations to the Program Team Assist in developing SMEs within the Sales Operations Services organization Ensure Sales Operations Services resources are adequately trained Assist in the resolution of more complex cases within the escalation path Assist in preparing content for the quarterly Sales Operations Services Ops Review Run regular meetings with the Sales Operations Services leadership members to monitor progress of program deployment and strategic objectives Embrace Autodesk Culture and Values Minimum Qualifications BA, BS, or equivalent experience 3+ years project/program management, sales operations, or similar experience Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills, including writing and presentation Highly organized with a proven ability to get the job done Dedicated to service and customer orientated Detail oriented multi-tasker with strong work ethic Proficient with multiple business applications, including, Salesforce, MS Office, SharePoint Comfortable in a fluid ever-changing environment The Ideal Candidate Extensive understanding of the Autodesk processes, policies, and tools Have a global perspective and understand impact of decisions Understand the details of the Named Account and Mid-Market business Strong knowledge of the Enterprise Business Agreement and how it gets transacted Customer focused (sales advocate) Strong 'global' communication skills Proven ability to lead and keep others on task Analytical expertise resulting in solution recommendation (ability to influence with data) Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various groups within Autodesk Ability to review processes and drive optimization and innovation Capability to evaluate the options with a clear sense of key priorities and risk to the program Manage information from the multiple parallel work streams and integrate key details into our standard processes Apply best judgement to make decisions on what scoping options to pursue (think long term) At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
