It provides a trusted trading ecosystem and a faster and simpler trading platform that enables clients to take advantage of trading opportunities.Job Overview: The role of the Corporate Communications Manager will be responsible for the global strategy and execution of Vantage corporate, branding and marketing communications.Drive integrated reputation communications and change management efforts to establish Vantage as the leading trusted financial platform globally.This role is instrumental in building long-term, sustainable internal and external stakeholder relations to support the group's business objectives, through the creation of powerful communications and marketing strategies across traditional and digital platforms.Responsibilities: . Work closely with key stakeholders in the Group to ensure implementation of a strong internal and external communications plan that is in line with new business goals and objectives for the global business. Develop and oversee the implementation of the communications strategy that positions Vantage as the brand leader in the market, with specific responsibility for protecting and promoting corporate reputation for the brand, key leadership, products and services. To manage the PR agencies and media relations around the world. Manage crisis communications, corporate and brand storytelling narratives. Collaborate with regional and in-market HR teams to activate a plan on establishing strong company identity and cultivating a strong culture for employees, executives and Vantage as a team. Leverage a wide spectrum of communications platforms, in particular digital and online communications and media analysis tools, to achieve the company's messaging objectives. Lead and oversee assigned projects. Prepare internal and external statements including senior management speeches, media responses, interviews and news releases. Work closely with other Comms team members to conceptualise, manage and deliver strategic and tactical communications plans and initiatives in support of the Group's marketing and branding efforts. Monitor and present key business and industry related information to management. Provide general communications counsel to business unitsQualifications & Experience: . More than 5 years of experience in communications. Proven record in PR/corporate communication activities planning and execution experience in corporate communications, media agency, advertising, or related industries preferred. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese to liaise with global colleagues. Superb organisational skills and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment. Experience in working with a regional and global communications team. Strong media relationships across business, general and trade outlets. Comfortable working with senior leadership. Strong interpersonal and management skills. Ability to be sensitive to cultural nuances globally
