You are required to have your hands on the pulse of gaming, esports and social media (content, trends and influencers) to ensure Razer stays in the forefront of its social media game.The candidate needs to have a strategic approach to social and have the ability to translate plans into timely execution. Given a global nature of the position, this role may be required to work evenings, weekends and odd hours to ensure successful execution of its community efforts.Drive Razer\xe2\x80\x99s global social media strategy (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok and more) to grow the engagement and size of these channels exponentiallyBe the thought-leader to evolve Razer\xe2\x80\x99s approach to social media and to identify relevant engagement and content opportunities, along with exploring emerging social media platforms and trendsConceptualizing, planning and executing Razer\xe2\x80\x99s community campaigns and programs while working closely with content and influencer marketing counterparts globallyAlign community activation efforts closely with the greater organization through regular engagement with Global Business Units and Regions on business priorities and requirementsBe a custodian of Razer\xe2\x80\x99s social media persona and rules of engagementRegularly review social media performance and insights to keep the business and marketing organization up to date with market/industry trends and initiatives to ensure our initiatives are relevant and competitive.Identify and execute on unique opportunities for social engagement as they arisePre-Requisites :Bachelor\'s degree in relevant discipline such as Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or PR, or equivalent practical experience5-6 years of experience in community management or social media marketingLanguage Skills: Fluent English is a must and (favorably) an additional second languageUnderstanding of social media and livestreaming best practices, online marketing, and engagement techniquesHave a good eye for creative content, and the ability to spot emerging social trends and identify gaming/pop-cultural references.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on generating business resultsAbility to work with global teams across multiple time zones and culturesMust be a gamerGood-to-have(s):Experience in building and managing social media (including content production) accounts for a brandExperience managing external agencies and vendors.Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, SEMAre you game?
