YOUR ROLE

Within Henkel Adhesives Technologies we are building a new Digital Operations organization to drive and execute the recently approved strategy to fully digitize our sites and operations. Be part of this exciting transformation and new organization in the region, which closely cooperates with the Global Center of Expertise in Singapore.

We create value for our customers and employees through digital transformation of Adhesives technologies operations & supply chain

• You innovate on current AO Digital portfolio and create the end-state of AO
  
• Drive efforts in algorithm development, analytics, and data platform (MS Azure | Adhesives Data & Analytics Platform)
  
• Leads proof-of-concepts and scale-ups of new digital technologies
  
• Keeps up to date on digital technology contributing to AO (e.g. robotics, new sensors)
  
• Works closely with dxD (Data), AI (Innovation), and AMB (new business models)
  
• Support deployment roadmap
  
• Collaborate with Adhesive Operations Digital Leadership Team (AOD LT) and senior management to drive the organization’s business development and initiatives
• Conduct detailed analyses on various supply chain topics to enable effective decision making

YOUR SKILLS

• MSc degree Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or similar
  
• At least 7 years of experience in Innovation for Operations, Supply Chain or Engineering
  
• Excellent change, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  
• Proven track record in executing complex programs and teams in multi-stakeholder environments
  
• Proactive and collaborative working style
  
• Outstanding analytical skills, including financial business case creation
  
• Eager to learn with interest in new technologies, digitization, and data analysis
