We run about 20 business executive summits and customised private corporate events (lunch, dinner, wine tasting etc) a year across APAC & EMEA region.

We're looking for 1 Event Management Executive to join a small team of highly driven and engaged (& still relatively young) individuals to deliver executive level summits globally, both in-person & online,

in expansion of our new Singapore base

Key Responsibilities & skill required:

Working directly with the Event Directors to organise business summits from content research & agenda shaping, speaker recruitment, VIP acquisition, to liaising with venues & logistics arrangements and many more. Running the summits onsite - virtual / physical summits - Opportunities to travel to Bangkok, Madrid, Paris, Hong Kong, London & more! Key clients relationship management. Lead generation & demand generation of potential clienteles in APAC region. Project management & cross-function collaboration: working with colleagues from different functions to achieve the best outcome overall. Skilled user of MS Office Softwares Skilled user / quick learner of social media channels, design apps, basic website editing. Self-motivated, result-driven, commercial-driven, team player, TRUST THE PROCESS!

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
