Job Description


We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and intuitive Experiential Marketing Manager to support our event marketing efforts across APAC. Events range from in-person, hybrid and virtual and the audience includes C-Level, Advertising, Consumer, Creator, Developer for industry thought leadership events, Meta hosted and owned, large-scale Ad Industry experiential events, and virtual events of all sizes.Global Experiential & Industry Marketing (GEIM) Manager ResponsibilitiesProject manage and produce flawless virtual, hybrid and in person events across APAC in close cooperation with external agencies and Internal Meta stakeholders - on time and within budgetManage and maintain relationships with the main internal Meta stakeholders in APAC, including offering support for the Global Experiential and Industry Marketing teamWork closely with the Global Experiential and Industry Marketing team\'s global and cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for event messaging, campaigns, and product launchesCreate and evolve experiences that showcase emerging technologies, consistently enhancing programs, and bringing new ideas to the tableSource and manage suppliers, agencies and platforms across APAC to ensure complianceWork closely with the privacy and sourcing team for finance, procurement and producing legal documents for eventsTravel regularly (up to 50% of the time) when needed for site inspections and eventsMinimum Qualifications8+ years of relevant experience working in an event management roleExperience across key audiences - brand, agency, consumers, creators and developersExpertise in project management and stakeholder management. Strong communication and decision-making skillsExperience working collaboratively and juggling competing prioritiesExpertise on delegate registration and CRM platforms such as SplashThat and SalesforceExpertise on virtual event hosting platforms such as ZoomKnowledge of APAC based regional and local nuance, and venues for in-person eventsPreferred QualificationsBA/BS degree, or equivalent, in related fieldKnowledge of Meta platform and its suite of apps and servicesLocationsAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
