The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with a global supplier of process control and yield management solutions for the semiconductor and related nanoelectronics industries. We are seeking a Global Logistics Analyst to join the business! Reporting to the Director based in US, this role will tap into the successful incumbent\'s operational expertise and international logistics management to develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize and ensure cost-effective solutions across EU, UK, Israel, and globally. Responsibilities include managing logistics systems, supplier relationships, transportation operations, freight audits, logistics projects, and optimizing logistics solutions.

• Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm

The Job:

• Develop and execute strategic logistics plans for EMEA region, identifying optimization and cost-saving opportunities while maintaining global network integrity.
• Manage the European freight logistics network, collaborating with carriers to improve service quality and reliability.
• Control logistics spend for the EMEA region and drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
• Ensure adherence to international and regional freight regulations, stay updated on trade policies and transportation regulations.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for European logistics operations, collaborating with the Global Freight team for consistency.
• Implement strategies to mitigate transportation and customs risks, ensuring business continuity.
• Work with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including carriers and regulatory bodies.
• Leverage advanced logistics technologies for tracking, route optimization, and data analytics, adopting innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Support key stakeholders and resources as a subject matter expert in freight operations. Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment and provide training and development opportunities to the wider team.

The Talent:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or any related fields.
• Minimally 6 years of experience in a logistics position handling both operational and strategic work.
• Background in the semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
• Proficient in ERP & TMS systems, including database knowledge such as eProcure, GTS, SAP, ARGO, Ariba, Snowflake is a plus.
• Experience in project management, supply chain optimization models, and analysis.
