Overview of the job In this role, the individual will be responsible for mentoring and partnering with line managers and the Regional HR community on staffing plans that involve international and domestic transfers. Once a line manager initiates a transfer, the IAC will advise with the line manager on the International Assignment package (compensation and relocation support), contact the employee to get data necessary to customize the assignment letter and offer package, answer questions, engage vendors to provide relocation support and deal with exceptions requests. The IAC will also work issues that arise for employees who are on assignment including helping employees manage life events (like Leave of Absence and family size changes), partner with Expat Comp or vendors to resolve compensation related issues. The IAC will also represent My P&G Services in regional projects requiring International and/or Domestic relocations.

Your team

You will report to the HR Director, Global People Mobility AMA & GC, who is based in Manila, working with the AMA/GC regional GPMS team in P&G, you will be part of a great team responsibility for enabling talent mobility to locations where they are needed to deliver our company’s business results.

How success looks like

Your success would be based on operational SLA/KPI, and all market specific projects/deliverables you will work on, which would be reviewed on a quarterly basis. You will have the ability to develop skills in Project management, Strategic Talent & Productivity Planning as you work with Line managers and HR, Service Management and Employee Relations through Principle based Policies and decision making.

Responsibilities of the role

Execute daily HR activities to support smooth site operations, in line with global and local market laws and guidelines Collaborate with the local HR team, local business leaders and the regional recruiting organization to deliver an outstanding candidate experience Provide HR fundamental support to serve the organization. This includes talent system, policy guidance, Employee Relation case handling etc. Operating as a liaison between external search partners and the internal client on items. This includes but is not limited to: type of contract (e.g, retained v contingent), fee negotiation, maintaining the preferred vendor list, statement of work and purchase order requests, invoice processing, and cost alignment to budget. Meaningful to have a demonstrable experience in successfully handling changes to employment and the employee relations issues arising from these changes. Be the point of contact for rgional relocation projects (e.g. mass moves, acquisitions, divestitures, reporting) Provide support for compensation and benefits related questions from on-assignment expats. Ongoing training and education for HR managers, Market Leaders, and Line Managers as policies evolve. Vendor intervention projects, as needed.
