Overview of the job
In this role, the individual will be responsible for mentoring and partnering with line managers and the Regional HR community on staffing plans that involve international and domestic transfers. Once a line manager initiates a transfer, the IAC will advise with the line manager on the International Assignment package (compensation and relocation support), contact the employee to get data necessary to customize the assignment letter and offer package, answer questions, engage vendors to provide relocation support and deal with exceptions requests. The IAC will also work issues that arise for employees who are on assignment including helping employees manage life events (like Leave of Absence and family size changes), partner with Expat Comp or vendors to resolve compensation related issues. The IAC will also represent My P&G Services in regional projects requiring International and/or Domestic relocations.
