Responsibilities
Reporting Singapore Head of HR, you will play an integral role in delivering initiatives and support the achievement of overall strategic plans for the company and assigned client group. As a strategic HR business partner, you will develop people strategies and provide pragmatic advice on all aspects of HR including performance management, compensation and talent management. You will lead HR projects and drive the desired outcomes.
Requirements
Degree qualified, you have more than 10 years of HR experience gained at major banks or financial institution. Asset management experience is not a must. You have a proven experience in dealing with senior management and possess strong influencing and stakeholder management skills. You are commercial, driven, strategic, operationally hands-on and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
